APPOINTMENT POLICY: -A 40% cancelation fee will be charged for any last minute cancelations, no shows, or cancellations within 48 hours of scheduled appointment time. -If you are more than 20 min late your appt it will be considered a no show & 40% fee will be charged due to inconvenience. -Services that require deposits are non-refundable. Only 1 reschedule is allowed per deposit made towards a service. (Deposit goes toward your service cost) -If you are receiving waxing services please report the use of any skin thinning products to avoid skin lifting or irritations. -As well as if you are receiving any lash services please report the use of eye contacts to avoid any eye irritations. -Only 1 guest allowed with you due to limited space. Please no children allowed due to safety considerations, thank you. -MUST BE 18+ for pmu services! PREVIOUS WORK POLICY: -IF you have previous permanent makeup from another artist it MUST be 40% faded & a picture will be required for approval for your pmu service w/ me. -IF you provide misleading pictures of your current permanent makeup (poorly lit photos, filters, etc) & you book your pmu service w/o approval & it is darker than 40% when you arrive for your appointment I will deny working over it & deposit will not refunded back to you.
